With vintage collectibles, toys, comics, games, consoles, art, prints, handmade items, apparel, accessories, Retro tech, curiosities, and most importantly officially Licensed Short Circuit Merch! All within the historic Astoria Armory.
Retro Market Vendor Information
The Retro Market is a two-day celebration of nostalgia, collectibles and retro pop culture. We’re welcoming artists, collectors and small businesses to join us for a vibrant weekend of trading inside the historic Astoria Armory.
Important information
The Retro Market is an integral feature of the event: strategically placed alongside VIP signings and Short Circuit museum exhibition, it will be a hub of footfall across the entire weekend event. We will be promoting it across all our social channels in the run up to the event, as well as offer sponsorship opportunities for select vendors. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products to an enthusiastic, highly engaged audience and capitalise on an officially licensed event right on your doorstep.
Event Details
📍 Location: Astoria Armory, 1636 Exchange St– Astoria, Oregon
📅 Dates:
• Saturday, June 6 – Trading hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, June 7 – Trading hours: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
All times subject to change.
🛠 Vendor Setup Times:
Exact setup and load-in details will be provided closer to the event. Vendors will be notified by email.
🧾 Booth Size:
Each vendor space is a 10 ft x 10 ft booth.
💲 Booth Fees:
$300–$350 for the full weekend.
❗ Non-Refundable:
Vendor pitches/booth fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We welcome a wide variety of retro-themed and fan-focused merchandise, including but not limited to:
• Vintage & retro collectibles
• Toys, comics, games, consoles
• Art, prints, handmade items
• Apparel, accessories
• Retro tech & curiosities
• Pop-culture merchandise

Any Short Circuit–themed or Short Circuit–related merchandise must be officially licensed. Unlicensed or bootleg items are not permitted. Vendors found selling unlicensed Short Circuit merchandise may be asked to remove the items or leave the event without a refund.

Vendor Rules & Requirements
1. Booth Setup & Presentation
• Vendors must keep their booth neat, safe, and professionally presented.
• All displays must remain within the 10x10 footprint unless pre-approved.
• Tables, chairs, and coverings are the vendor’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
2. Load-In / Load-Out
• Specific setup times will be provided via email before the event.
• Vendors must be fully set up by the start of trading each day.
• Early teardown is not permitted unless authorized by event staff.
3. Conduct & Compliance
• Vendors must comply with all venue regulations and local laws.
• No hazardous materials, illegal items, or items deemed inappropriate by organizers.
• Be respectful to attendees, staff, and fellow vendors.
4. Electricity & Special Requests
• Limited power access may be available. Requests must be made in advance.
• Additional fees may apply depending on requirements.
5. Security & Liability
• The event provides general oversight, but vendors are responsible for their own merchandise.
• The organizers and venue are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own small business/event insurance.
6. Refund Policy
• All vendor fees are non-refundable, including in cases of vendor cancellation, no-show, or removal due to rule violations.

How to Apply
To apply, please fill out the Vendor application form below. Forms can take up to 7 days to review. Once approved, payment will be required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-paid basis.
